We booked a suite and paid a lot for our stay and the photos, but then they still charged an extra $20—whether we wanted to print them or not. At the front desk, Fernanda rolled her eyes and acted annoyed when we asked for clarification. The process and "rating system" were unnecessarily complicated and poorly explained. It’s a shame because the hotel did many things well, but this rude treatment at the end ruined the whole experience. I do not recommend this place. There are many better hotels in the same price range.

I wish I could give this place zero stars!!!! Do not book anything with them my now fiancé booked a surprise shoot for the proposal and THEY DID NOT SHOW UP! After the fact they gave me different excuses in this order 1) It was raining and they can’t shoot in the rain. It wasn’t raining I was dry… 2) They don’t work at the time of appointment (he confirmed the appointment time 4 times to make sure everyone was on the right page, they said 5pm everytime but claim they don’t work at 5pm (then why agree to the appointment)) 3) tried to say they never saw us at the location… 4) tried to say there was no appointment so I had her pull up the appointment calendar and there it was it literally said proposal at 5pm on her calendar THOUGH ALL OF THIS THERE WAS NO APOLOGY NO EMPATHY JUST OFFERED TO DO IT AGAIN AND STILL HAVE US PAY FULL PRICE

Tina at the front desk is awesome! Jonathan, a server for the bars, is wonderful. The hotel is worth staying at.

What a disappointment. NANO has 0% customer service skills. First, this guy had an attitude because I was going back and forth with my pictures taken. I asked him if he had a problem, and he said no. Then he explained the packages and told him I wanted the 5 pictures package. Oh lord! Why did I tell him that? His attitude went south. I asked him again if he had an issue, and he said, "ACTUALLy, yes. We invest time in taking pictures, and you are only buying five? You are not considerate about our time." Wth!!! Hey! Those are the options you offer; if you don't like people buying a package of five, then don't offer it. It is there to take advantage. On the other hand, Lolo was an AWESOME photographer. I had a great time. Very friendly and will guide you through the process. He is a 5 stars.

Really bad serves for overprice. Better pay 50$ for outside guy who will make 50 pictures for you
